This position is full time, and the ideal candidate must be able to manages the administrative tasks within the warehouse to support its operations, ensuring the reliability of inventory data and directly affecting warehouse accuracy and operational integrity. Position Title Storekeeper Employment Type Full Time Experience 3-5 years of relevant experience Role Summary/Purpose We are seeking a highly skilled Storekeeper to manages the administrative aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring accurate stock records, documentation and integrity of warehouse operations. Essential Responsibilities • Monitors inventory levels, conducting systematic stock counts and reporting findings for operational accuracy. • Executes a range of administrative tasks related to the operations of the warehouse. • Oversees inventory adjustments, resolving discrepancies between inventory data and physical stock to maintain accurate records. • Executes authorized system corrections, ensuring data consistency across warehouse management systems. • Collaborates with logistics operators to align physical stock handling with system data. • Develops and implements administrative protocols for inventory management, enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of warehouse operations. Qualification/Requirements • Proficient in warehouse administration and inventory tracking.
