In this role, the Sales Assistant will provide logistic support to sales and support staff in the region. The successful candidate will also have responsibility for coordinating with customers for logistics activities for sales, repair, invoicing and payment, and customer support. We’re looking for a self-motivated professional who exhibits dedication, integrity, and humility, and someone who shares the same passion we do for value-added sales and customer support excellence. Essential Duties and Responsibilities •Utilize Microsoft Teams, Salesforce.com CRM, Microsoft Office suite and other software tools to provide logistics support for sales and support staff in the region. • Coordinate with customers and Teledyne Repair for repair quotation approvals. • Coordinate with customers and Teledyne Finance for invoice payments. • Coordinate with customers and Teledyne Customer Administration for sales and product delivery support. Qualifications • Education – Bachelor’s degree • Work Experience – 3 or more years of experience in administrative or sales support roles. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. • Proficiency in business communication/writing. • Proficiency in English. • Familiarity with Chinese accounting regulations. • Familiarity with airlines preferred but not required.  Teledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
