This role reports to the Shift Supervisor and offers a Monday-Thursday schedule from 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM!Pay &amp; Schedule:<ul><li>Pay: $21.03 per hour plus a $1.25 shift premium</li><li>Schedule: Monday-Thursday  3:30 PM – 2:00 AM</li></ul>Job Summary:We’re seeking energetic individuals with a keen eye for detail and a positive attitude. The successful candidate will focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement while learning to operate and troubleshoot fabricating machines.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Set up, operate, and troubleshoot fabricating machines (training provided)</li><li>Prepare molds and machines for all lines</li><li>Lift and move large, heavy diameter saws</li><li>Identify material problems and ensure compliance with quality standards</li><li>Accurately set process parameters</li><li>Remove scrap materials and maintain orderly storage</li><li>Perform housekeeping around machines and work areas</li><li>Inspect and report unsafe or hazardous conditions</li><li>Troubleshoot problems and determine appropriate solutions</li><li>Support Joint Health &amp; Safety Committee (JHSC) efforts</li><li>Perform other tasks as needed</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous manufacturing experience preferred (training provided)</li><li>Basic math knowledge</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills</li><li>Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Team player with a positive attitude</li><li>Working knowledge of health &amp; safety practices helpful</li><li>Ability to understand various types and sizes of pipes after training</li></ul>Working Conditions:<ul><li>Manufacturing plant environment</li><li>Routine walking, standing, bending, and lifting (30–50 lbs)</li><li>Use of hand tools (heat forming, pulling, belling, caps, reducer, saws, gluing)</li><li>Fast-paced environment requiring sensory attention</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>401K plan with company match</li><li>Health, Dental, and Vision coverage options</li><li>Vacation and holidays</li><li>Plant bonus program</li><li>Set schedule with bi-weekly pay</li><li>Safety equipment provided (glasses, ear plugs)</li><li>COBRA reimbursement while transitioning to IPEX benefits</li></ul>Equal Opportunity &amp; Accessibility:IPEX is committed to providing accommodations for people with disabilities throughout the recruitment process.
