<h1></h1>This position is responsible for ensuring that all customers are billed for services and the timeliness &amp; accuracy of charges on customer bills.  The Billing Coordinator will serve as a liaison between the accounting systems, Branch Locations, Collections, and Data Entry/Data Integrity.  This position runs billing cycles, tracking billing reporting metrics, producing queries &amp; other managerial reports, and Revenue SOX documentation.Key Responsibilities: ​<ul><li>Responsibilities include business processes &amp; technical functions:</li><li>Produce centralized monthly billing metrics, revenue analysis &amp; reporting</li><li>Produce accurate bills for residential, temporary, and commercial customers</li><li>Ensure Revenue is billed timely, Prevent and Track revenue leakage, take corrective/preventative action, and report on findings</li><li>Communicate proactively with internal teams on revenue strategies and best practices</li><li>Document processes as they relate to the Company Data Integrity</li><li>Adhere to company Change Control Standards &amp; Change Management</li><li>Work with key Billing Vendor &amp; associated contracts</li><li>Conform in all respects with applicable laws, regulations, ordinances, and other orders and to all company policies, procedures, and directives from  supervisors.</li><li>Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by management.</li></ul>Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:<ul><li>Waste billing experience preferred</li><li>Basis, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlooks, Access, Project) experience is preferred</li><li>Associates Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, is preferred</li><li>Minimum 3 year of work experience in Accounting (Collections, Billing, IT) role or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>Demonstrated success as a proactive team member able to anticipate company and users needs and/or problems along with solutions.</li><li>Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate with others verbally and in writing.</li><li>Ability to work independently.</li><li>Strong quality assurance and statistical/metric reporting skills</li><li>Possess excellent customer service skills.</li><li>High Attention to detail and quality, action oriented, ability to work within stringent deadlines</li><li>Strategic thinking and analytical skills required.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to consolidate and integrate a wide range of inputs.</li><li>High level of mathematical skills.</li></ul>#GFLTalent  We thank you for your interest.
