This role will oversee multiple service lines and play a key role in operational performance, safety, customer service, and contract management.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and manage day-to-day operations for the Cumberland solid waste division</li><li>Oversee multiple service lines including commercial, small residential, strata/condo, apartment, and portable waste services.</li><li>Provide direct leadership to operations staff including drivers, supervisors, and support personnel.</li><li>Ensure all operations comply with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.</li><li>Monitor operational performance including routing efficiency, service quality, and cost management.</li><li>Support contract management and operational readiness related to roll-off services and upcoming contract opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate with regional leadership and teams based in Victoria to align operational goals and strategy.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>5+ years of operations leadership experience, ideally within the waste, transportation, logistics, or environmental services industry.</li><li>Demonstrated experience managing field operations and frontline teams.</li><li>Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</li><li>Experience managing multi-line service operations is considered an asset.</li><li>Knowledge of waste industry operations, roll-off services, or portable sanitation services is preferred.</li></ul></div>  We thank you for your interest.
