<p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><div><h2><b>The Role</b></h2><p>The Engineering Lead is responsible for ensuring strict adherence to process specifications across all areas of the lead‑recycling operation. This role drives continuous improvement, manages process changes, implements best practices, and oversees documentation updates for all process-related modifications.
