SummaryThe Field Sales Representative works to acquire new customers, manage new sales opportunities, and grows the Fronius market shares sustainably. Location: Southeast Pennsylvania/ Southern New YorkTasks and Responsibilities<ul><li>Manages complex sales opportunities by assessing the customers’ technology needs, identifying pain-points, and providing the best Fronius design solution for solar installers.</li><li>Establishes new prospects through trade shows, customer visits, inbound leads, and other interactions.</li><li>Researches prospects and opportunities to determine potential sales and fit of our product lines and services.</li><li>Works closely with the salesforce of our partners to develop and pursue opportunities.</li><li>Works directly with solar installers within the assigned region/s to help strategically identify needs and present optimal solutions.</li><li>Demonstrates and endorses Fronius’ technical solutions and capabilities to customers during meetings and presentations.</li><li>Collaborates with internal teams to provide customers with the most valuable solutions to meet their specific needs.</li><li>Develops reports of account overviews/organization models.  Positions as a key partner for business and future projects.             </li><li>Supports and develops Fronius Solutions Providers through a consultative sales approach.</li><li>Meets and/or exceeds annual sales goals while remaining within expense budget guidelines.</li><li>Provides continuous feedback regarding products, features, prices, customer feedback, competitors, and market trends, etc. to both Management and Product Management.</li><li>Utilizes and updates the CRM system.
