HVDC business are growing, market and customers are changing their behaviour on the market and to meet the demand a number internal transformation and business development programs are running.  How You’ll Make an Impact<ul><li>You drive business performance improvement projects and support operational excellence activities across the business leveraging Continuous Improvement methodologies including Quality Tools, Lean, Sig Sigma and Agile.</li><li>You coach on continuously improvement principles and practices, role modeling these attributes and contributing to the cultural transformation across the organization through the execution of projects.</li><li>You act as a CI Subject Matter Expert, providing help and guidance on methods, tools and templates to drive improvement projects in the areas of defect reduction, productivity and Operational Excellence.</li><li>You partner with management and functional experts to understand and support delivery of their organization’s vision, objectives and challenges.</li><li>You drive the sharing of best practices, new processes, tools and improvements achieved through application of CI methodologies.</li><li>You live core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.</li></ul>Your Background<ul><li>You hold a Bachelor or Master’s in engineering, quality or equivalent</li><li>A good understanding of product quality assurance/control and measurement throughout the value chain and product lifecycle.</li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in driving improvements in processes. Furthermore, you have L6S certification or equivalent systematic quality management experience.</li><li>A genuine enthusiasm for technical solutions.
