The Data &amp; Analytics team drives data-driven decisions and innovations across Workiva.As a Strategy &amp; Analytics Lead at Workiva, you will serve as a technical leader and strategic partner within the Decision Science team. You are a culture-carrier, mentoring senior and mid-level analysts to elevate the collective "data IQ" of the company</li><li>Innovation: Pioneer the adoption of new BI tools, ML integrations, and analytical methodologies to keep Workiva at the cutting edge of Business Technology</li></ul>What You'll NeedMinimum Qualifications<ul><li>6+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related technical role</li><li>Deep understanding of SaaS business models and how analytics drives business outcomes </li><li>Experience leading cross-functional data projects in the technology sector</li><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Communication: Elite presentation skills; ability to command a room of executives and simplify the complex without losing the nuance</li><li>Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to manage high-ambiguity projects, balancing immediate business impact with long-term technical debt and scalability</li><li>Technical Mastery: Expert-level SQL and deep experience with modern data stacks (Snowflake, Airflow, dbt).
