Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1>1) Developing business targets related to APAC Commercial Vehicle market. 2) Identify and gain new business opportunities: new customer development, project acquisition, drive RFQs and create a win-win environment with support from other functions, such as engineering and operational teams. 3) Achievement of Sales Strategic Business Plan: whilst upholding corporate targets, quality and compliance expectations, and project timelines. 4) Pricing negotiation (cost impact by design change &amp; material escalator and YoY) with responsible accounts. 5) Minimize on AR, and take effective actions to resolve any such cases 6) Being interface for responsible account(s), support quality and engineering for problem-solving and interface with all Regional based Account Executives on Global activity of these customers.7) Negotiate purchasing conditions / contracts with support/guidance of Legal Dept.<h1>Qualifications:</h1>1) Business master’s degree or Engineering Bachelor degree with a willingness to develop a career path in business. 2) Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in Automotive Account Management. Experience of working with Chinese Commercial Vehicle OEM or Tier-1 is preferred. 3) Experience &amp; solid understanding of Chinese automotive industry. 4) Strong negotiation and communication skills.
