AECOM is seeking a talented Commissioning Regional Manager to be located in Boston, Washington DC, Charlotte, Miami, Los Angeles or Houston.  The position is Hybrid and will include the following responsibilities and skills:Engineering:<ul><li>Provide commissioning technical leadership with region.</li><li>Ensure that projects are delivered within the agreed upon cost, quality, schedule and profit.</li><li>Initiates and leads all phases of comprehensive design through post-occupancy commissioning.</li><li>Leads development of AECOM provides commissioning specifications, commissioning plan, procedures, and content.</li><li>Lead Quality Control Verifier for AECOM developed commissioning procedures.</li></ul>Project Management:<ul><li>Interface with clients on schedules, meetings and issues (manage client expectations).</li><li>Advise senior management of the project status on a regular basis.</li><li>Anticipate potential schedule or priority delays and initiate plans for alternative actions</li><li>Complies with AECOM project manager guidelines and reporting duties including but not limited to:</li><li>Project Execution</li><li>Project Deadlines</li><li>Client Communication</li><li>Team Utilization</li><li>Estimate at Completion (EAC)</li><li>Billings</li><li>Collections</li></ul>Business Development:<ul><li>Identify and lead key pursuits and develop successful win strategies.</li><li>Lead client relationship/business development activities through early interaction, “scope of work” development, interviews, and on-going client maintenance interface.</li><li>Work with other practice leaders to develop AECOM’s competitive positioning strategy.</li><li>Lead or contribute to commissioning proposal development, including technical approach and pricing.</li><li>Participate in short-list interview process as subject matter expert and/or project lead.</li></ul>Team Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and lead junior, mid-level and senior staff and provide mentorship, direction and motivation on a daily basis and in a strategic manner to ensure AECOM remains an employer of choice for commissioning professionals.</li><li>Approval of staff timesheets while ensuring that time is being booked accurately in terms of duration and to the right projects.</li><li>Responsible for Leave Approval of your direct reports.</li><li>Input into staff performance and development on a continuous basis as well as to Monitor &amp; Motivate your team with respect to Moral.</li><li>Assists staff with annual goal setting and monitors progress towards achieving goals.</li></ul><ul></ul>Personal attributes and skills required:<ul><li>Ability to develop key and trusted client relationships that can lead to new business quickly.</li><li>Demonstrated skills and track record in marketing and business development, including market strategy development, competitive assessment, market positioning and market strategy execution.</li><li>Excellent presentation skills necessary for running project meetings and marketing.</li><li>Expert communicator; solid verbal, written and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Effective negotiation and dispute resolution skills, analytical and decision-making.</li><li>Demonstrated collaborative skills, both internally and externally.</li><li>Experience briefing senior management and non-specialists on complex technical matters.</li></ul> <ul></ul>
