This position supports manufacturing operations by identifying nonconforming material, accurately documenting inspection results, and escalating quality concerns as appropriate. Work is performed under close supervision using established procedures and guidelines.</div><div>Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned.<ul><li>Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of materials, components, and products in accordance with drawings, specifications, and procedures.</li><li>Interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and inspection criteria to determine acceptance or rejection.</li><li>Measure product characteristics using basic measuring tools such as rulers, calipers, gauges, and micrometers.</li><li>Record inspection results accurately and enter required data into quality or manufacturing systems.</li><li>Identify, document, and report nonconforming material in accordance with established procedures.</li><li>Apply acceptance or rejection labels as required.</li><li>Notify supervisors and appropriate personnel of quality issues and assist with basic problem identification.</li><li>Prepare inspection, rejection, and first article documentation as assigned.</li><li>Support efforts to minimize rework, scrap, and production delays by timely identification of quality issues.</li><li>Follow all safety, security, quality, and import/export compliance requirements.</li></ul></div> Requirements:<div>Education and/or Experience<ul><li>High School diploma or GED required.</li><li>0–2 years of experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or a related technical environment preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</li></ul></div>    Teledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
