You will act as a trusted partner to distributors and stakeholders, combining commercial acumen with technical expertise to drive results.<div>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute channel strategies to expand and optimize distribution networks across the region.</li><li>Build and manage strong, collaborative relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth and market penetration.</li><li>Execute joint sales and marketing initiatives to improve partner performance and customer engagement.</li><li>Lead industry, partner, and customer training programs to enhance product knowledge and reinforce Xylem’s market leadership.</li><li>Provide technical guidance, sales tools, and ongoing support to channel and distribution partners to maximize regional sales performance.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and regulatory developments impacting municipal UV disinfection solutions.</li></ul>Skills and Experience<ul><li>Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably within the municipal or utility sector.</li><li>Tertiary qualifications in sales, engineering, or business are highly desirable.</li><li>Proven ability to negotiate, influence, and build long-term, value-driven relationships.</li><li>Strong commercial insight with comprehensive market knowledge and effective client management skills.</li><li>Ability to translate technical solutions into clear value propositions for partners and customers.</li></ul></div>Xylem does not provide sponsorship for this position.Why Xylem?We believe in supporting our employees both professionally and personally.
