This is a remote position.Sales Process Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide support to sales and sales management, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient handling of customer data and transactions.</li><li>Act as a liaison between sales, business support teams, and customers to facilitate smooth processing of sales activities.</li><li>Prioritize time to ensure customer satisfaction and project execution excellence.</li><li>Execute entry-level tasks within a process or sub-process while meeting performance goals.</li><li>Address routine customer and intercompany inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.</li><li>Review job packages and order forms to ensure completeness.</li><li>Connect with Sales and customers for clarifications and missing information.</li><li>Obtain missing approvals and reviews.</li><li>Support individual account restamping for Sales Rep mapping.</li><li>Facilitate new customer setup and support existing customers with various vendor forms.</li></ul><h2>Concierge Service Responsibilities:</h2><ul><li>Monitor and manage a shared inbox, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Address and resolve billing, PO, and service issues for top-tier customers.</li><li>Use Dynamics 365 CRM for interaction tracking, case management, automation, and reporting.</li><li>Complete and manage assigned cases in CRM Dynamics, ensuring all issues are tracked and resolved efficiently.</li><li>Update and maintain accurate customer information.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams, escalating and sharing customer issues for swift resolution.</li><li>Provide high-touch, personalized support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention</li><li>Conduct deep dives into past-due invoices for specific customers and provide guidance to the collections team.</li></ul><h2>Skills &amp; Qualifications:</h2><ul><li>Account management experience.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships.</li><li>Ability to multi-task and prioritize customer needs efficiently.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Experience using ERP (e.g., SAP) and CRM (e.g., Dynamics 365) systems.</li><li>Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset to deliver concierge-level service.</li></ul>**The estimated pay range for this position is $28 to $31/hourly.   Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location.  At Xylem we offer a competitive compensation package with a generous benefit package, including Medical, Dental, Vision plans, 401(k) with company contribution, paid time off, paid parental leave and tuition reimbursement**Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
