Reporting to the Customer Success and Quality Manager in Norway, you will be responsible for executing our proactive Customer Success strategy and building strong customer relationships. This involves frequent follow-up meetings, customer training and onboarding, first-line support and identifying sales opportunities. In this position you will collaborate with our sales, technical and development teams to help customers achieve their goals.  What you'll be doing <ul><li>Handle customer onboarding, training, and first-line support inquiries.</li><li>Build and maintain strong customer relationships through frequent follow-up meetings, identifying specific unmet needs and new opportunities.</li><li>Resolve client challenges by investigating issues, suggesting solutions, and making recommendations.</li><li>Provide feedback to Product Management on equipment performance and features.</li><li>Collaborate with Sales and Technical team to ensure seamless customer experience.</li><li>Perform needs analysis of existing clients to meet their needs.</li><li>Occasional travel to client locations for meetings, training sessions and assistance with equipment deployment.</li><li>Contribute to evolve our existing proactive Customer Succes strategy</li></ul> What We’re Looking For <ul></ul><ul><li>A service-minded person with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and support.</li><li>The ideal candidate is proactive, curious and structured.</li><li>Experience with Customer Succes/sales and support - including teaching or training.</li><li>Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.</li><li>Good writing, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in English. The candidate must have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.</li><li>Fluency in Norwegian. The candidate must be able to speak and write fluently in Norwegian.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM systems.</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office.</li></ul>  Preferred / Nice-to-have  <ul></ul><ul><li>A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
