Ensure maintenance records are accurate and up to date. </li><li>Train maintenance staff to achieve cross functional expertise in machines, auxiliary equipment and automation.  </li><li>Develop Standard  work, help maintenance manager in continuous improvement of efficiency of the department. </li><li>Perform root cause analysis for unplanned downtime and institute resolutions to mitigate recurrence </li></ul>Additional Responsibilities  <ul><li>Create, develop and update technical specifications for the equipment together with engineering team </li><li>Provide detailed technical reports about equipment status </li><li>Actively participate in HSE initiatives and promote electrical and mechanical safety. </li><li>Ensure tools, parts and work instructions are available for predicted and preventive repairs. </li><li>Follow Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality and Lean standards </li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1>Interactions: All functional areas of Production Work Experience and Education  <ul><li>Proven track record of 5+ years in a maintenance or technical related role </li><li>Experience with Lean Manufacturing, TPM and Continuous Improvement culture </li><li>Knowledge of electric, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and automation </li></ul>Specific knowledge  <ul><li>Some experience in manufacturing is preferred </li><li>Basic math skills and good use of logic  </li><li>Excellent hand-eye coordination along with ability to work quickly and accuracy for performing repetitive tasks  </li></ul>Specific competencies <ul><li>Motivated individuals who want to work and will show up to their scheduled shifts on time and excited and ready to work </li><li>High level of accuracy and attention to detail </li><li>Priorities setting capabilities, time management and flexibility </li><li>PLC programming, Trouble shooting and learning </li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
