<div><p><strong>  </strong></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>We are looking for a Business Development Associate to support origination efforts by building customer proposals, maintaining CRM discipline, managing pipeline analytics, and coordinating cross-functional proposal inputs. This is a high-impact role central to scaling a repeatable hyperscale sales engine.</p><p>This role reports to our Chief Business Officer, Data Centers, and is based in our New York City office.</p><p> </p><p>Key responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Build detailed commercial proposals for hyperscale data center customers.</li><li>Coordinate inputs from engineering, regulatory, finance, and operations.</li><li>Develop pricing models and scenario analyses.</li><li>Own the CRM system accuracy and reporting.</li><li>Track deal stage progression, probability weighting, and revenue forecasting.</li><li>Generate weekly pipeline dashboards for executive leadership.</li><li>Support tariff comparisons, generation cost modelling, and sensitivity analyses.</li><li>Assist with LOIs, term sheets, and commercial summaries.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>The Ideal Candidate:</strong></p><ul><li>4+ years in energy, infrastructure, consulting, or investment analysis.</li><li>Advanced Excel and financial modeling capability.</li><li>Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).</li><li>Highly detail-oriented with strong writing skills.</li><li>Experience supporting large infrastructure proposals or RFP responses.</li><li>Ability to synthesize technical and commercial data into executive-ready materials.</li><li>Aspiration to move into an origination role.</li></ul></div><br><br><br><div><span style="font-size:12pt;">This is a great opportunity to have a long-term impact on a fast-paced, private equity-backed growth business.
