We’re not afraid to think big and be bold, as we’re building not only a future we believe in but a workplace culture that we’re proud to be a part of.What You’ll Do<ul><li>Support the execution of client engagements ranging from pre-NTP development through post-NTP construction and closeout, owning discrete workstreams and deliverables</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep projects on track against scope, schedule, and budget</li><li>Build and maintain project execution plans, including timelines, budgets, and task tracking</li><li>Contribute to scopes of work and proposal inputs, including costing and scheduling assumptions</li><li>Conduct technical and financial analysis of solar PV and energy storage projects across C&amp;I and utility-scale markets</li><li>Act as a power user of internal tools and software, providing feedback to improve workflows and product functionality</li><li>Cross-train on engagements within other teams to gain exposure to different types of clients and service offerings</li><li>Support onboarding and mentorship of junior team members as the team grows</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>4+ years of experience in project coordination, project analysis, or project management within renewable energy, energy, or adjacent industries</li><li>Experience supporting utility-scale solar and BESS</li><li>Exposure to working with external stakeholders such as consultants, vendors, engineering firms, or contractors</li><li>Solid technical and analytical skills, with familiarity in project execution, development concepts, permitting, design, or construction processes</li><li>Ability to review and interpret technical documentation (e.g., site plans, reports, contracts, or specifications) with guidance</li><li>Understanding of the renewable energy project lifecycle and key project drivers</li><li>Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, economics, or a related field</li><li>PMP or similar certification is a plus, but not required</li></ul>Why You’ll Love Working With Us<ul><li>⌨️Remote work, forever!</li><li>🪄Competitive benchmarked compensation</li><li>🩺Health and Retirement benefits</li><li>🌴Flexible time off</li><li>🚀 ****Exciting, mission-driven work that has impact</li><li>💪🏽Regular company offsites</li></ul>How You’ll Be CompensatedThe starting base salary for this role is between $100,000 and $115,000 with an equity award as part of your all-in compensation.
