We are looking for a motivated Intern in Investment Management &amp; M&amp;A to support our team for 4–6 months, preferably starting before July. In this role, your responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Support experienced Investment Managers in the day-to-day activities to assist in the financial evaluation and execution of M&amp;A opportunities (sell- and buyside) and own developments for technologies such as wind, BESS as well as conventional generation</li><li>(Support to) create project-specific financial assessments (discounted cash flow) based on financial models in Excel for both M&amp;A opportunities and own development pipeline</li><li>Research, analyze and present valuation results, market data, and transaction information with help of AI tools to support the decision makers</li><li>Support in every stage of an M&amp;A process, both buy and sell-side: transaction management, marketing materials, offer preparation, due diligence, decision papers, pre- and post-closing activities</li></ul>
