The role will involve working closely with other finance teams geographically and across business units as well as other support functions. Role Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements and management reports</li><li>Perform variance analysis and identify key drivers of performance</li><li>Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts</li><li>Prepare and review monthly reconciliations and journals</li><li>Support the external audit process and ensure timely and accurate reporting</li><li>Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards</li><li>Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support to senior management and business units</li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems</li></ul>Experience / CompetencesEssential<ul><li>The preferred candidate would be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).</li><li>Can demonstrate high levels of attention to detail.</li><li>Proven ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally with all levels of the organisation.</li></ul>Desired<ul><li>Familiarity with Group consolidation / reporting systems like HFM or OneStream.</li><li>High level of proficiency with MS Office.</li><li>Personal organisation skills including multi-tasking, prioritisation and delivery.</li><li>Self-motivated, resilient and goal orientated.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of what a good control environment looks like.</li></ul> Band &amp; level: Professional, 4#LI-ASO #LI-HybridNot The Perfect Fit?Concerned that you may not meet the criteria precisely?
