This is a high-impact role where you’ll own how we show up in the market—balancing long-term brand development with highly targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) that moves key accounts forward.What You’ll Do:Shape Our Voice &amp; Campaign Strategy<ul><li>Develop and own a cohesive messaging framework for Sensus Gas solutions</li><li>Lead integrated marketing campaigns that balance brand awareness with ongoing customer nurture</li><li>Measure and optimize campaign performance, focusing on what truly drives results</li></ul>Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM)<ul><li>Design and execute targeted ABM programs for high-value accounts</li><li>Leverage insights and data to deliver personalized, high-impact messaging</li><li>Partner closely with sales to align marketing efforts with account strategies</li></ul>Own Our Digital Presence<ul><li>Manage and optimize gas-related content across our website</li><li>Lead SEO and emerging Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies</li><li>Ensure alignment and consistency across Sensus and enterprise branding</li></ul>Lead Events &amp; Media Engagement<ul><li>Own strategy and execution for key industry events</li><li>Identify and secure speaking opportunities; manage content development</li><li>Build relationships with industry media and drive positive coverage</li></ul>Build a Scalable Content Engine<ul><li>Create and operationalize a sustainable content development process</li><li>Drive production of high-quality thought leadership and technical content</li><li>Manage the full lifecycle of marketing assets—from creation to distribution</li></ul>Stay Ahead of the Curve<ul><li>Monitor trends, tools, and best practices in B2B marketing</li><li>Continuously refine programs based on data, insights, and competitive intelligence</li></ul>What You’ll Bring:<ul><li>5 plus years of experience in B2B marketing or marketing communications</li><li>Proven success developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns</li><li>Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strongly preferred</li><li>Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities</li><li>Excellent communication skills—both strategic and detail-oriented</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action</li><li>Experience with marketing automation (e.g., Marketo) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)</li><li>Familiarity with SEO/GEO and website content management</li><li>Experience in events, PR, or media relations is an asset</li><li>A collaborative approach and comfort working in a matrixed organization</li></ul>#LI-JO2Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
