In this role, you will conduct on-site studies for residential projects. Your evaluation will consist of taking measurements, completing shade reporting, and the overall qualification for solar panel installation. Individuals with prior solar, roofing, and/or construction are highly encouraged to apply!</span></div><br><br><h3> Job Duties:</h3><ul><li>Documenting electrical set-up and capabilities and any existing structure or facility variances</li><li>Survey residential home projects with a drone, taking photos at various heights and angles </li><li>Attending project, weekly operational, and safety meetings</li><li>Effective, accurate &amp; timely communications with Service and Install Dept.</li><li>Daily reporting, Computer Skills, Emails, Uploads, and SWF reporting</li><li>Assist other departments as directed</li></ul><h3> Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Part 107 FAA certification  </li><li>At least 1 year of experience in construction, solar or PV strongly preferred OSHA 10 required.</li><li>Valid Apprentice Electrician license required Must have a valid state driver’s license</li><li>Must be willing to travel/commute to various job sites at least 40%, including some weekends, are requested.</li><li>Prior experience and knowledge of residential electrical projects. </li><li>Must be able to navigate residential roofing systems including multi-story structures</li></ul><h3> Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: </h3><ul><li>Possess strong problem-solving skills </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills required</li><li>Excellent customer service skills required</li><li>Must be highly organized and process-oriented</li></ul><h3> Physical Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Ability to withstand heights, be on roofs and climb ladders </li><li>Ability to lift 50+ lbs. </li><li>Ability to bend, stretch, squat, and lift. </li><li>Ability to work in 100+ degree weather </li></ul><br><div><span style="font-size:16px;">We understand you may be a great candidate without fitting all our preferred experience, knowledge, skills, and attributes.
