Senior Product Manager (d/f/m)

You will be responsible for identifying high-impact opportunities, defining the solutions jointly with business and tech stakeholders , and ensuring successful execution in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.<ul><li>Identify and drive customer value by deeply understanding customer needs, trading challenges, and market opportunities.</li><li>Gather and analyze requirements, market trends, regulations, and customer needs to shape product decisions.</li><li>Translate insights into clear product features and specifications, ensuring clarity and alignment with engineering teams.</li><li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, tech) to ensure seamless product execution and alignment with business objectives.</li><li>Engage with key partners and stakeholders to drive strategic integrations and enhance performance.</li><li>Continuously analyze product performance metrics, guiding improvements and innovations to maintain competitive advantage.</li></ul> Your Profile Mandatory Requirements<ul><li>1+ years experience in the energy industry in Germany, ideally in a market-facing or technical role, with knowledge of its regulatory and commercial dynamics.</li><li>3+ years experience of hands-on product management experience in the tech industry working on complex software products.</li><li>You enjoy working at the intersection of tech, product and business development.</li><li>Strong track record of delivering and launching complex technology products end-to-end.</li><li>You enjoy solving problems and sparring ideas in a cross-functional team with software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and more</li><li>Proven experience in stakeholder management, aligning business, technical, and market perspectives to deliver impactful products.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills</li><li>Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in German is a plus</li></ul>Skills to Set You Apart<ul><li>Strong understanding of energy trading, including power markets, trading strategies, and optimization of assets such as battery storage.</li><li>You have built and managed a truly innovative product or complex software.</li></ul>This role may not be a fit for you if…<ul><li>You haven’t worked in the energy industry.</li><li>You haven’t worked in a fast-paced or startup environment.</li><li>You prefer a limited scope of work and aren’t ready to dive into various topics.</li><li>You haven’t worked on software products</li></ul>At Entrix, we are committed to diversity - of all backgrounds and experiences.
