<p>We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Logistics, Stores, &amp; Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our renewable energy operations by managing inventory, coordinating logistics activities, and overseeing facilities operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and a commitment to maintaining efficient and compliant operations across all logistics and facilities functions.</p><ul><li>Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and storage organization to ensure optimal space utilization and product accessibility</li><li>Coordinate logistics activities including receiving, warehousing, and distribution of materials and equipment</li><li>Maintain accurate records and documentation for all inventory, procurement, and facilities-related transactions</li><li>Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely delivery of materials and services</li><li>Monitor and analyze logistics processes to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost optimization</li><li>Oversee facilities maintenance schedules and coordinate with maintenance personnel to ensure operational continuity</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all logistics and facilities operations</li><li>Prepare reports on inventory levels, logistics performance, and facilities status for management review</li><li>Support the onboarding and training of new team members on logistics and facilities procedures</li><li>Respond promptly to operational issues and implement corrective actions as needed</li></ul>
