Role SummaryTOMRA Korea is looking for a Finance &amp; Office Administrator to support daily accounting and office administration activities. The role works closely with the Head of Korea and the external accounting firm to ensure smooth financial processes and proper documentation.In addition, the position serves as the first point of contact for incoming office and service calls, assisting in recording and redirecting service requests to the appropriate service team.ResponsibilitiesAccounting &amp; Finance Support<ul><li>Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) including invoices, payments and collections.</li><li>Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.</li><li>Assist with bank and balance sheet reconciliations.</li><li>Support month-end closing activities with the external accounting firm.</li><li>Prepare basic financial schedules and reports for HQ.</li></ul>Payroll &amp; Staff Administration<ul><li>Assist with payroll coordination with the external accounting provider.</li><li>Process staff expense claims and reimbursements according to group policy.</li></ul>Office Administration<ul><li>Handle general office administrative tasks to support daily operations.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation, filing systems and compliance records.</li></ul>Service Call Coordination<ul><li>Manage the company office phone.</li><li>Answer incoming office and service-related calls.</li><li>Record customer or service requests and redirect them to the relevant service or technical team.</li></ul>
