You’ll design and run programs, partner closely with our People Business Partners, and play a central role in how we enable our people — from leadership development to company-wide AI enablement. We move fast, learn as we go, and bring a genuine sense of ownership to everything we do.</p><p>This role is based in Munich with a hybrid setup (typically 2–3 days per week in the office).</p><p> </p><h3><strong>HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT</strong></h3><ul><li>Design, build, and deliver learning programs with a strong focus on L&amp;D, enablement, and practical skill-building</li><li>Support our AI enablement initiatives — helping employees develop the skills, tools, and mindset to work effectively in an AI-powered environment</li><li>Facilitate workshops and training sessions across all levels, from individual contributors to leaders</li><li>Partner with People Business Partners to translate business needs into impactful learning solutions</li><li>Use data and analytics to understand what’s working — and be honest when it isn’t</li><li>Manage and improve our learning tools and platforms (e.g. LMS, Synthesia, Culture Amp)</li><li>Contribute to engagement formats and employee experience initiatives that foster connection and culture</li><li>Drive your topics with ownership — from concept to execution</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve employee experience processes and actively implement changes</li><li>Support the evolution of our L&amp;D approach as skills, technology, and ways of working continue to shift</li></ul><h3> </h3><h3><strong>WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE</strong></h3><p>Several years (4+ years) of experience in L&amp;D, enablement, or a related People role — enough to hit the ground running, curious enough to keep learning.</p><p>You bring:</p><ul><li>A genuine passion for learning and development, with hands-on experience in training/workshop design and facilitation</li><li>Strong interest in AI — you’ve thought seriously about how AI changes learning, and ideally have experience building AI enablement programs</li><li>Good technical understanding of the L&amp;D and AI landscape — familiarity with learning platforms, tools, and emerging technologies, and the ability to translate possibilities into meaningful learning experiences</li><li>An analytical mindset — you’re comfortable with data, can draw conclusions from it, and use it to improve what you build</li><li>The ability to work both conceptually and operationally — you can think through a strategy and then actually execute it</li><li>A collaborative approach — you work closely with partners, involve the right people, and know great L&amp;D doesn’t happen in isolation</li><li>An ownership mentality — you drive topics proactively, without waiting to be asked</li><li>Comfort with ambiguity, change, and evolving priorities</li><li>Strong communication skills and full professional fluency in English and German, enabling you to support stakeholders and employees across regions</li></ul><p>And just as important: You bring enough experience to make an impact from day one, while staying curious, open to feedback, and eager to keep learning.
