This senior-level role will drive technical excellence, partner capability development, and architectural best practices across the AMER region.The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud, data storage and processing, and AI/ML with strong business acumen and communication skills. Acting as a trusted technical advisor, this individual will enable partners to design scalable, high-impact solutions, accelerate sales cycles, and strengthen partner-led revenue growth.Your mission is to empower Partners by translating Hitachi Vantara’s product portfolio into winning solutions for customer challenges. Beyond technical consultation, you will take ownership of Event and Program Management, designing and executing both physical and virtual enablement sessions that inspire and educate our Partner community.What You’ll be DoingPartner Technical Enablement &amp; Ecosystem Development (Primary Focus)<ul><li>Design and implement partner enablement programs and technical support frameworks.</li><li>Deliver structured onboarding programs, train and mentor partner architects and sales engineers across regions.</li><li>Deliver in-depth technical training covering product portfolio, use cases, competitive positioning, and value propositions.</li><li>Drive adoption of partner portal content and internal pre-sales tools available for partners.</li><li>Organize and lead regional and international partner events, workshops, and executive briefings.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Technical Experts, Partner Account Managers, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align enablement strategies.</li><li>Establish best practices and standardized approaches across the AMER partner ecosystem.</li><li>Problem Solving: Approach Partner challenges with a "people-first" mindset, finding creative ways to align our technology with their business goals.</li></ul>Solution Architecture &amp; Partner Advisory<ul><li>Guide partners in architecting scalable enterprise data infrastructure solutions, including storage, networking, converged and hyperconverged systems, data protection, hybrid cloud, and AI/ML environments.</li><li>Provide strategic technical leadership in RFP and RFI responses.</li><li>Mentor partners’ Pre-Sales and Solution Architects in designing competitive, cost-effective solutions aligned with customer needs.</li><li>Participate in customer meetings as a senior technical advisor to support complex opportunities.</li><li>Serve as an escalation point for advanced technical inquiries and solution validation.</li></ul>Technical Thought Leadership &amp; Content Development<ul><li>Develop high-impact technical enablement materials, including presentations, solution briefs, demo environments, and product documentation.</li><li>Deliver keynote presentations and represent the company at major industry conferences and executive events.</li><li>Promote innovation and best practices across the partner technical community.</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement of enablement methodologies and technical standards.</li></ul>What You’ll Bring to the Team<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related Engineering field (or equivalent high-level professional experience).</li><li>7+ Years of experience in Solution Architecture or Technical Pre-Sales.</li><li>3+ Years of experience working with partners ecosystem.</li><li>Strong expertise in enterprise storage, infrastructure, and hybrid cloud architectures.</li><li>Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and technical collaboration.</li><li>Strong executive-level communication and public speaking skills.</li><li>Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles.</li></ul>Travel &amp; Location<ul><li>Location: AMER-based (Remote/Hybrid options available).</li><li>Travel: Ability to travel approximately 6-12 times per year within the AMER region and internationally for global summits and major industry events</li></ul>#LI-JT1<h1>About us</h1>We’re a global team of innovators.
