This role ensures quality, accuracy, and adherence to local standards in employee data management and payroll-related information. Key responsibilities include overseeing the employee offboarding process, implementing the Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP), and supporting the Rewards Team in critical compensation cycles. The position also entails active participation in global projects and leadership of the operations team, enhancing collaborative efforts across functions.
