The Financial Analyst will analyze General Ledger activity, perform account analysis, prepare financial statements, and maintain capital expenditures.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare General Ledger journal entries and account reconciliations as assigned.</li><li>Review journal entries and reconciliations prepared by others.</li><li>Coordinate posting of journal entries to the General Ledger.</li><li>Prepare, analyze, audit, and distribute monthly and quarterly financial reports.</li><li>Assist District Managers by helping them analyze financial statements and support the forecasting and budgeting process.</li><li>Assist in creating key performance indicators for the business, analyze them, and communicate results to management.</li><li>Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by management.</li></ul>Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Competencies:<ul><li>Four-year degree in Accounting.</li><li>3-4 years of progressive accounting experience preferred.</li><li>CPA or CPA candidate preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of GAAP and current accounting practices.</li><li>High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills.</li><li>High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong project management skills.</li></ul>Physical/Mental Demands:<ul><li>Able to stand, sit, walk, use hands and fingers, reach, talk, and hear.</li><li>Visual requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.</li></ul>Working Conditions:<ul><li>Work in an indoor office environment 95% of the time.</li><li>Noise level is usually moderate.</li></ul>  We thank you for your interest.
