Our customers span a wide array of industries including aerospace, defense, mobility, healthcare, pharma, biotech, clean tech, chemicals, energy, lifestyle, food production, and industrial equipment.</p><h1><strong>Who we are looking for</strong></h1><p>The Process Quality Engineer is a professional who understands the principles of product and service quality evaluation and control. They assist in the development and operation of quality control systems, and the application and analysis of testing and inspection procedures. They use metrology and statistical methods to diagnose and correct improper quality control practices. They understand human factors and motivation, familiarity with quality cost concepts and techniques, and the knowledge and ability to develop and administer management information systems. They also audit quality systems for deficiency identification and correction.</p><h2><strong>What you get to do!</strong></h2><ul><li>Support cross functional teams within the business and drive process and product non-conformance reduction through data analysis and reporting</li><li>Participate in the APQP Quality planning process, developing control plans, inspection plans, as well as PPAP, FAIR, and FMEA/PFMEA activities</li><li>Be a champion of continual improvement, help lead MRB and Root Cause Corrective Actions.</li><li>Work with Customers, Suppliers, and the manufacturing group to facilitate problem resolution and to validate that product quality requirements have been met.</li><li>Be a strong resource for general quality improvement projects and development plans.</li><li>Mentor and help train as needed</li><li>Perform and participate in various types of audits (internal document, part, process, product, supplier, customer, and other)</li></ul><h2><strong>What you bring to the Team</strong></h2><ul><li>A Certified ASQ Quality Engineer (ASQ CE) or two-year engineering related college degree, with at least 5 years of direct or indirect experience in manufacturing quality. or equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li>Experience in Battery Production, Machining, and Electronic Assembly and harnessing a plus.</li><li>Professional Ethics and conduct.</li><li>Strong facilitation, problem and conflict resolution, and leadership principles.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and guide decisions to improve performance.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare and present executive-level reports and presentations.</li><li>Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and planning tools (Infor Syteline, SAP).</li><li>Expert in CAD/CAE tools or data-intensive user interfaces.</li><li>Proficiency in SharePoint, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint; strong Excel skills required.</li><li>Willingness to travel 10%–25%, depending on business needs.</li></ul><h3>What else can you tell me</h3><p>We are hiring for 3 positions: </p><ol><li>Large Format Machining</li><li>Electro Mechanical/Drones</li><li>Battery</li></ol><h2><strong>The BIG payoff</strong></h2><p>We are a company who is going to make a difference in the industries and the communities in which we choose to operate.</p><p>Every employee of Re:Build will share ownership in the company and will share in the financial rewards of the success we achieve together, at all levels of the company!</p><p><strong>We want to work with people that reflect the communities in which we operate</strong></p><p>Re:Build Manufacturing is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
