Specific responsibilities include:<ul><li>Pre‑assembling Microbulk parts kits and processing daily reservations</li><li>Ensuring shipment accuracy and single‑shipment completeness</li><li>Coordinating with Specialists to ensure parts arrive one week prior to installation</li><li>Communicating order cut‑off dates and escalating missing parts</li><li>Tracking shipments to reduce lost parts and monitoring inbound deliveries</li><li>Managing Microbulk inventory levels, safety stock, and blocked stock in SAP (e.g., copper tubing)</li><li>Working with suppliers and Purchasing to track missing deliveries</li><li>Recommending process improvements to streamline operations</li><li>Support Liquid Bulk projects by fulfilling orders for Preferred Offering (PFO) kits</li><li>Reduce shipping costs, including cutting 20‑ft pipe into 8‑ft lengths</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehousing or manufacturing environment</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office</li><li>SAP or comparable ERP experience strongly preferred</li><li>Dependable, detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a team environment</li><li>Strong organizational and time‑management skills to ensure shipments are completed on schedule</li><li>This is a safety‑sensitive position</li></ul>Work Hours:<ul><li>This is a plant‑based position</li><li>Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with a one‑hour lunch</li><li>On‑call rotation required once fully independent</li></ul>Air Products proudly values the skills, dedication, and leadership that Veterans offer.
