Role Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop detailed process maps and standard operating procedures consistent with the quality and format defined by TP ICAP and reflecting any approved process changes/improvements so that they are future proofed,</li><li>Facilitate workshops and interviews with Subject Matter Experts in order to document the process, risks, controls and potential pain points and potential improvement opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate with and develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate an understanding of the business process, challenges and opportunities.</li><li>Recommend process enhancements to increase efficiency, streamline operations, reduce costs and improve controls.</li><li>Prepare reports and presentations to track the progress of all process documentation for Finance and the process improvement recommendations for approval.</li><li>Manage the internal project resource, in terms of providing mentoring and development, co-ordinating and prioritising tasks, ensuring quality of documentation and that project deadlines are achieved.</li><li>Ad hoc tasks as required.</li></ul>Experience / CompetencesEssential<ul><li>Minimum 3 years previous business experience with a strong focus on process mapping, standard operating procedures and process improvement.</li><li>Proficiency in tools such as Draw.io, or similar.</li><li>Strong understanding of process documentation best practices.</li><li>Ability to simplify complex processes and communicate them clearly.</li><li>Experience in workshop facilitation.</li><li>Stakeholder management skills and strong communication both verbal and written.</li><li>An ability to prioritise workloads and ensure critical deadlines are met.</li><li>A proven record as a team player with ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organisation and in remote locations.</li></ul>Desired<ul><li>Experience working within the financial services industry and risk experience an advantage</li></ul>Job Band &amp; Level: Manager, 6#LI-Hybrid #LI-ASONot The Perfect Fit?Concerned that you may not meet the criteria precisely?
