You’ll play a key role in ensuring efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement across the production floor.<ul><li>Lead, coach, and motivate a team to meet and exceed production targets</li><li>Develop and execute production schedules to ensure smooth operations</li><li>Monitor production performance and identify opportunities for improvement</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and support product changes or launches</li><li>Ensure all products meet established quality standards through audits and inspections</li><li>Troubleshoot production challenges and implement effective solutions</li><li>Manage production documentation and reporting for leadership visibility</li><li>Drive cost efficiency by identifying savings opportunities and optimizing resources</li><li>Support team development through training, feedback, and performance management</li></ul>What You'll Bring:You’re a proactive leader who can balance operational priorities with team engagement.
