We help consumers turn their smart thermostats, EVs, batteries, and other products into virtual power plants that keep the grid stable and enable higher penetration of solar and wind power.</p><p>EnergyHub is looking for an Enrollment Support Specialist to ensure the success of all our utility and consumer programs. Our platform is used by utilities across the United States to manage demand response, energy efficiency, and distributed energy resource (DER) programs and we are adding several new programs every year. The Specialist would be responsible for helping with the entire end user enrollment process from customer support, incentive processing and invoicing, to attrition management and efforts to improve existing enrollment processes. </p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities: What you’ll do</strong></p><p>Enrollment</p><ul><li>Manage and be accountable for the enrollment process of our programs across multiple simultaneous projects</li><li>Coordinate across different data sources to resolve outstanding enrollment applications and questions</li><li>Work with Client Success program managers and clients to provide customers with enrollment incentives across relevant programs; pull and review reporting and secure incentives through external vendors. </li><li>Implement attrition management processes across device partners so programs have the highest quality aggregations and outcomes.</li><li>Work with other internal teams to identify systemic issues and recommended improvements to the product, incentive, invoicing and enrollment processes</li><li>Help manage a trouble ticket queue to track issues from initial report to resolution</li><li>Develop and implement enrollment SLAs to maintain client and customer satisfaction</li></ul><p>Support</p><ul><li>Provide weekly and monthly reporting on program support activity as needed</li><li>Maintain a suite of instructional and troubleshooting documents to assist end customers and utility program staff</li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills and Experience: What you need</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in a process management role and/or customer support  </li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organization skills</li><li>Proven track record of managing multiple tasks simultaneously a big plus</li><li>An outgoing and friendly personality suitable for representing EnergyHub to end users, partner companies, and utility program staff</li><li>Fantastic written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Experience with MS Office, especially Excel</li><li>Experience reporting software bugs and support ticket management a big plus</li><li>Bachelor’s degree (or extensive relevant experience)</li></ul><p>Please note that sponsorship of new applicants for employment authorization, or any other immigration-related support, is not available for this position at this time.</p><p><strong>Why work for EnergyHub?</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Collaborate with outstanding people:</strong> Our employees work hard, do great work, and enjoy collaborating and learning from each other.</li><li><strong>Make an immediate impact:</strong> New employees can expect to be given real responsibility for bringing new technologies to the marketplace.
