This role is primarily responsible for performing intercompany billing transactions and processes in compliance to generally accepted accounting principles, finance policies and internal controls. Responsibilities &amp; Duties<ul><li>Gather and review required back up documentation for manual intercompany invoices.</li><li>Process intercompany manual billing of the assigned business group.</li><li>Validate disputes raised by checking the record and supporting documents for accuracy.</li><li>Recommend resolution for aged items.</li><li>Ensure intercompany receivables are collected within the period prescribed.</li><li>Address reconciliation issues and queries of assigned balance sheet accounts.</li><li>Prepares simple intercompany balance sheet reconciliations and periodic financial reports.</li><li>Perform month-end book closing and reporting management within the assigned sub-process.</li><li>Escalate issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution</li><li>Maintain the SOP/DTP of current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required.</li><li>Perform assigned tasks in compliance with service level agreement, process, policies, and procedures.</li><li>Provide assessment in identified issues and documentation to assist in investigating and in resolving issues.</li><li>Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline processes, improve customer experience, and increase productivity.</li></ul>
