Company Founded in Berlin, autarc is a ~40 person start-up who were part of Y Combinator's S24 batch in San Francisco. Our team consists of people in Sales, Tech and Operations. Role description This is not a traditional FA role. You will work directly with our COO across two areas: scaling our revenue organisation and helping the company move fast. Most of your time will be spent across Revenue, building out Sales, Go-to-Market, Customer Success, Operations and Automations. You will help set the foundation for the next stage of the organisation by improving structures, creating leverage and making sure our commercial teams can scale effectively. That includes supporting internationalisation efforts, structuring sales processes, improving internal operations and building a deep understanding of how revenue works end-to-end in a fast-growing company. The rest of your time is about making our COO more effective. That means joining key customer calls, supporting sales meetings and on-site visits, attending fairs and events, preparing board decks and investor updates, and stepping into high-priority ad-hoc topics whenever needed. Our solution leverages LiDAR technology and AI to cut the overall project time of heat pump installations by 50%. We integrate a CRM, planning, and design tool into an all-in-one platform.
