<p> </p><ul><li>Utilize company cornerstone systems to manage and represent cost data formats necessary for project control and financial reporting.</li><li>Analyze financial data and earned value metrics to identify key project issues, prepare revised cost forecasts, and assess progress trends and cost impacts.</li><li>Evaluate manpower, labor hours, and labor costs against budget limitations; prepare variance analysis and expenditure forecasts to identify critical funding points.</li><li>Review and track purchase order, subcontract commitments, and contractor invoices to ensure subcontractor funding aligns with work authorization and expenditures.</li><li>Establish and maintain cost/schedule baselines using project drawings and specifications; apply critical path analysis and cost/schedule integration concepts.</li><li>Manage scope control and change order tracking to ensure project management maintains awareness of detailed change status and financial implications.</li><li>Conduct performance measurement, cost trending, and prepare various levels of project reporting and cost review meeting presentations.</li></ul>
