This role involves managing and supervising Quality employees, analyzing KPI data, implementing improvements, and providing technical guidance to the team while maintaining compliance to quality standards.  </p></div><br><br><h3>In this role, you will: </h3><ul><li><p>Provide effective supervision, mentoring and coaching to assigned employees to achieve the required quality and production goals. </p></li><li><p>Supervise compliance adherence of the movement (physical and virtual) of products through the production area.</p></li><li><p>Perform all personnel-related functions related to quality staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.</p></li><li><p>Plan and organize work to ensure delivery deadlines are met.</p></li><li><p>Be the Data Steward for Manufacturing Quality on serialized production</p></li><li><p>Work with the Operations. Logistics, Supplier Quality, Engineering and Manufacturing team to ensure accurate ERP transactions, documentation and proper maintenance of quality records in compliance with internal procedures, policies and regulatory requirements.</p></li><li><p>Analyze and report Quality KPIs</p></li><li><p>Partner with Manufacturing System Data team in resolving ERP show stoppers and improving processes</p></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><div><li><p>High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred in STEM.</p></li><li><p>At least 5 years of progressive QA experience in a fully or semi-automated serialized production environment of complex electro-mechanical assemblies (Aerospace, Automotive, Medical Device, Robotic industry).</p></li><li><p>At least 3 years of managing employees (Full-Time Employees or Contract Workers)</p></li><li><p>“Super user” level and excellent proficiency in using quality control tools, SAP/Oracle ERP software and MS Office/Google Suite.</p></li><li><p>Strong leadership, organizational, team management skills with excellent verbal and written communication.</p></li><li><p>Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to handle tight deadlines and manage competing demands effectively.</p></li></div></ul><h3>Bonus Qualifications</h3><ul><div><li><p>Experience in Lidar or camera, sensor and computer assembly, testing and troubleshooting</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485 standards</p></li></div></ul><br><div><b>About Zoox</b></div><div>Zoox is developing the first ground-up, fully autonomous vehicle fleet and the supporting ecosystem required to bring this technology to market.
