You surface those moments and work with the team to turn them into real growth — for the client and for NavVis.</span><span> </span></li></ul><p> </p><h3>WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE</h3><ul><li><strong><span>Experience:</span></strong><span> 3–5 years of professional experience, preferably in Customer Success or background in geosystems, surveying, or laser scanning industry.</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><strong><span>Language &amp; Location:</span></strong><span> Based within commuting distance of</span><strong><span> Munich</span></strong><span>, with professional proficiency in German (B2 or higher) and fluency in English.</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><strong><span>A Consultative Mindset:</span></strong><span> You focus on the customer experience first.
