As a specialist in battery development and climate electronics, ES-Tec provides Volkswagen with innovative support in the design of high-voltage batteries.</p> <p>Our air-conditioning electronics department is meeting a new challenge posed by e-mobility: electric vehicles can no longer rely on the waste heat of an internal combustion engine for air-conditioning and must therefore have new types of heating systems, the development process of which we are supporting.</p> </div> </div> <div id="ember57" class="ember-view organization-about-module__content-consistant-cards-description">Sustainability is not just a word for us. The expansion of electromobility is a significant step towards a greener future. But we are concerned with more than that: We want to fundamentally rethink things and therefore work every day to keep our ecological footprint as small as possible in everyday life. Solar power on the roof, numerous charging points for electric vehicles on our premises and 10,000 newly planted trees in the city forest are just a few examples. In addition to ecological greenery, we also believe in sustainable company management and attach great importance to the health, development and appreciation of our team!
