<ul><li>Carry out operational and site-based HSE activities to ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian regulations, client requirements and company HSE standards.</li><li>Implement and follow up on approved HSE policies, procedures and site safety plans under general supervision.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and support the implementation of corrective actions.</li><li>Support incident reporting and investigations, including contributing to root cause analysis and follow-up actions.</li><li>Monitor unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and occupational health risks within the work environment and report findings accordingly.</li><li>Deliver HSE inductions and routine safety awareness sessions for employees and contractors.</li><li>Support emergency preparedness arrangements and participate and lead in emergency drills and site response activities.</li><li>Maintain accurate HSE records, reports and documentation in line with regulatory and company requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with site teams, supervisors and contractors to promote safe working practices and a positive safety culture.</li><li>Stay informed of applicable HSE regulations and site requirements relevant to assigned projects.</li></ul>
