We're looking for a versatile Project Manager/Customer Success Manager to join our growing water monitoring technology team. This hybrid role combines project delivery excellence with customer relationship management for our larger deployments. You'll be the dedicated point of contact for strategic customers, ensuring successful installations while building lasting partnerships. As a Project Manager, you will be a key member of our Delivery Team to deploy strategic projects and move the needle forward in our business.<h2>Tasks</h2><ul><li>Planning &amp; Coordination: Create and maintain project timelines, managing installations from contract signature through successful onboarding</li><li>Installation Oversight: Coordinate with operations team to verify installation capacity, schedule deployments, and track progress across multiple sites</li><li>Stakeholder Communication: Serve as single point of contact for customers during project implementation</li><li>Cross-functional Collaboration: Interface between sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery</li><li>Documentation: Maintain project documentation</li><li>Relationship Management: Own customer relationships post-sales, ensuring satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities</li><li>Onboarding &amp; Support: Guide customers through platform onboarding after installation completion and handle support requestsIdentify accounts for upsell potential: Identify and develop expansion opportunities within existing accounts</li></ul><h2>Requirements</h2>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Languages: Fluent English and Dutch required</li><li>Experience in project management and/or customer success roles</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (typically 3-5 major deployments)</li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail</li><li>Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li><li>Excited by the opportunity to shape and grow your role as the company scales</li><li>Prince 2 certification (or equivalent PMP certification, etc.)</li></ul>Ideal Candidate Profile<ul><li>Balance between detail-oriented planning and relationship building</li><li>Ability to switch between deep project focus and long term account management</li><li>Proactive problem-solver who can work independently</li><li>Experience in B2B SaaS, IoT, or utility sectors is a plus</li></ul><h2>Benefits</h2>What you’ll get:<ul><li>A chill and goal-oriented atmosphere in Brussels</li><li>Possibility to work remotely part-time</li><li>Full-time role with flexible hours</li><li>Coaching, empowerment and hands-on experience</li><li>The opportunity to leave make the difference as part of our growing team</li><li>Competitive salary package and benefits</li></ul>We’re passionate about our people and our culture. Shayp brings real-time water flow analytics and non-invasive technology that helps reduce and prevent customer-side leakages. Using AI, we help you leverage water meter data to reveal water usage inefficiencies and leakages in all types of buildings. Our water leak detection service also guides building operators in identifying leaks and improving the situation. They can now prioritise and dispatch maintenance, saving costs and effort. On average, they see 22% cuts in their water consumption and bills.
