We don’t expect you to ‘fit’ every requirement – your life experience, character, perspective, and passion for achieving great things in the world are equally as important to us.<h1>Job description</h1>The roleThe Accountant Staff/ Order-to-Cash AR Specialist will be under the supervision of Accounting Supervisor, and your responsibilities includes work across multiple areas of accounting as follows:Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Auditing, Economics, or equivalent field.</li><li>1–2 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable, especially within Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.</li><li>English: Full professional working proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) – Mandatory for Daily Communication.</li><li>Experience in using ERP, Oracle/SAP is preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of financial analysis and reporting methods.</li><li>Knowledge of VAS, Tax, Labor law (for Social, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance and Severance Allowance).</li><li>Working knowledge of IFRS and J-SOX, SAP, and Oracle Financials applications would be advantageous.</li><li>Able to organize, process and manage a large volume of transactions and documentation</li><li>Proficiency in using basic software such as MS Excel and MS Word.</li><li>Professional, self-motivated and results oriented, highly responsible and ability to work under pressure.</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>General responsibility in book-keeping and reporting of accounts receivable, accounts payable.</li><li>Ensure that all accounting documents are checked, prepared and approved properly and recognize them in the correct accounts.</li><li>Follow up with AR collection and AP payment and report to direct manager/ team leader / Chief Accountant.</li><li>Maintaining the billing/Payment system</li><li>Generating invoices/ receiving invoices and account statements.</li><li>Performing account reconciliations.</li><li>Maintaining accounts receivable/ Account payable files and records.</li><li>Producing monthly financial and management reports.</li><li>Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries.</li><li>Assisting in general financial management and analysis.</li></ul>#LI-RS1<h1>About us</h1>We’re a global, team of innovators.
