The incumbent reports to the local analytical lead who reports to Central Maintenance manager.  PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESSafety activities<ul><li>Maintain the safety culture by all engineers to possess valid safety passport when they need to work unescorted at site. </li><li>Group BSP developed and focus on ownership.</li><li>Understands global standards for AP safety operations</li></ul>Supporting the plant production<ul><li>Maintenance of analytical equipment.</li><li>Analyzing products including BSGS.</li><li>Making the spare part list and controlling it.</li><li>Undergoing the inspection of each customer’s audit.</li><li>Making the analyzer list and controlling it.</li><li>Final inspection in plant analyzer.</li><li>Supports installation of the qualification analyzer for production products in the plant.</li><li>Installation and commissioning support of new process analyzers and analytical systems.</li><li>Support and train the testing and calibration of the analyzer in the plant.</li><li>Supports troubleshooting of the analyzer.</li><li>Supports vendor-to-plant communication for analyzer inspection and repair.</li><li>Enact and revise analyzer calibration procedure (distributed and managed using the share site.)</li><li>Organize and manage the data and information necessary for the analyzer using Share site.</li><li>Supports analysis status verification of the analyzer.</li><li>Supports supervision for safe work on the installation of analyzers and analytical systems.</li><li>Review replacement of obsolete analyzer and analytical system.</li><li>Supports procuring, installing, and analyzing temporary analyzers for urgent analysis.</li><li>Training support for analyzer users.</li><li>Provide analytical training.
