This position reports to the Manager of Statutory Financial Reporting but works independently with peers and departments across the organization.</h3><h3></h3>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Performs the statutory financial statement preparation for assigned functions.  Includes journal entry preparation, reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, as well as coordinating work requirements and deadlines with other departments.</li><li>As part of the preparation of statutory statements and schedules for assigned functions; researches and resolves variances and inconsistencies by conducting initial investigation and applying accounting techniques.</li><li>Assists with completing statutory filing requirements for assigned functions including quarterly and annual statements as well as various supplemental reporting.
