Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Conduct and facilitate Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) to identify critical processes and risks;</li><li>Define, document, and validate business continuity requirements (RTO, RPO);</li><li>Map business needs to IT services and maintain continuity data in the service catalogue;</li><li>Establish and manage IT service recovery priorities and restore sequencing;</li><li>Coordinate development and maintenance of IT recovery plans and procedures;</li><li>Maintain service dependency registers (suppliers, systems, SLAs, fallback solutions);</li><li>Validate backup and restore capabilities and ensure recovery feasibility;</li><li>Plan and execute recovery tests, simulations, and resilience exercises;</li><li>Drive continuous improvement through post-test analysis, reporting, and remediation tracking.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or equivalent practical experience;</li><li>Proven experience in IT service continuity, disaster recovery, or resilience roles;</li><li>Strong experience conducting BIAs and translating outcomes into IT requirements;</li><li>Solid understanding of enterprise IT environments (infrastructure, applications, cloud);</li><li>Knowledge of industry standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, TISAX);</li><li>Experience working within ITSM / ITIL-based service management environments;</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities;</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder facilitation skills;</li><li>Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to completion.</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
