You will be part of the BU Imatra leadership team and drive the people agenda for the BU.You will lead an international team of experienced People &amp; Culture professionals in Finland, Estonia and Latvia and report to the Head of People &amp; Culture of BA Foodservice &amp; Liquid board and BA Cartonboard. The position is located in Imatra and some travelling from time to time is required.BU Imatra is currently in an exciting journey, transforming from production site into a fully accountable, P&amp;L responsible unit and has operations in Finland, Estonia and Latvia.
