In this role, you will play a key part in structuring and executing complex financing transactions, supporting projects from early-stage development through to financial close. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects, gain exposure to sophisticated financial structures, and actively support the growth of a fast-evolving business environment.<h2>Job Description:</h2>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Support the structuring and execution of project finance transactions, from the due diligence phase through to financial close, including active participation  in contract negotiations.</li><li>Prepare Information Memoranda for prospective lenders and coordinate competitive financing processes to secure optimal funding solutions.</li><li>Maintain and develop relationships with financial institutions, lenders and their advisors.</li><li>Contribute to the Development review and optimization of financial models, including project valuations, risk analysis and sensitivity testing.</li><li>Update and manage the banking model, assessing alternative financial return scenarios and financing structures.</li><li>Liaise with internal teams and external advisors involved in the transaction (legal, tax, technical, etc.).</li><li>Support the finance team in loan administration activities related to the existing financing, including waiver requests, model updates, covenant monitoring and financial ratio calculations.</li><li>Support the implementation and maintenance of financial models used for project financing and portfolio management.</li><li>Review project contracts to ensure that bankability requirements are properly reflected in agreements related to PPAs, construction, O&amp;M, M&amp;A and Business Development activities.</li></ul>Key Requirements<ul><li>Fluency in English (written and spoken).</li><li>Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or related fields.</li><li>3-5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in project finance; experience in the renewable energy sector will be considered a plus.</li><li>Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with financial institutions and advisors.</li><li>Proactive, detail-oriented and collaborative working style.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving and creative thinking skills.</li><li> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in cross functional and International enviroments</li></ul>Pay And Benefits At Nadara, we’re committed to creating an environment where our people feel valued, supported and empowered to grow.
