Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include providing leadership to employees, interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Requirements:<ul><li>BS degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, Policy, or related field. Master of Business Administration (MBA) strongly preferred</li><li>15+ years relevant experience with financial reporting and administering US Government contracts.</li><li>Experience with and strong working knowledge of the FAR and other U.S. Federal Government contract regulations.</li><li>Experience with accounting and financial reporting.</li><li>Experience in the areas of budget planning and execution for cost reimbursable funded projects and Award Fee programs is a strong plus.</li><li>Experience with forecasting and budgeting in a government contracting environment; services background is a plus.</li><li>Experience understanding contract pricing and terms and conditions.</li><li>Must have strong computer skills, including MS Word, MS Excel (including design and development of moderate to complex spreadsheets), and MS Outlook.
