Perform additional clerical and administrative functions to support Repair Center operations. Collaborate closely with repair technicians to provide product repair support for customer items. All responsibilities are carried out with a focus on delivering customer value and meeting established customer service levels.Core Responsibilities: To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.<ul><li>Assist in processing repair orders from receiving to picking</li><li>Provide warranty and turnaround status updates on customers’ orders.</li><li>Evaluate, repair, and calibrate various Analytic customer products</li><li>Follow-up with customer on evaluation information and to obtain authorization for repair</li><li>Enter Service and warranty data into Oracle system.</li><li>Assist in developing product test documentation e.g. Technical Bulletins and Service Manuals</li><li>Complete material transactions and ordering parts as required per technician’s need</li><li>Run discrepancy report weekly and clean up as needed</li><li>Create and update SFDC Cases as needed for quality assurance</li><li>Provide technical/service support to our Global ASC (Authorized Service Center) Network.</li></ul>Qualifications: <ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>2+ years of experience in material management, customer service, order management, or similar fields</li><li>Experience with an ERP/CRM system - Oracle experience preferred</li><li>Working knowledge of Accounts Payable/Receivable processes, order management, and solid basic math skills.</li><li>Previous material management experience preferred</li><li>Previous customer service or repair service experience preferred</li><li>Must have working knowledge of PC’s and PC software</li><li>Must be able to lift 30 pounds</li></ul>Key Skills and Attributes<ul><li>Must be customer service oriented</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Excellent organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work independently with high level of accuracy and efficiency</li></ul>What We can Offer You: Our Total Rewards Program goes far beyond base compensation by providing a more fulfilling work experience and offering a competitive benefits program, including:<ul><li>Generous PTO package and paid holidays</li><li>Generous retirement savings plan</li><li>Customizable health, dental and vision insurance (eligible on first date)</li><li>Career progression plans</li><li>Reward and recognition programs</li><li>Paid parental leave</li><li>Tuition Reimbursement</li><li>Company Wellness Program</li><li>Employee Discount Program </li></ul>The estimated pay range for this position is $21/hr. to $24/hr..
